The scope of the project was to improve NEXT Festival's social media presence by developing a digital strategy that targeted both French and Dutch speaking audiences. This included extensive research, creating engaging content, and developing a social media calendar.

Additionally, the project involved covering the presentations during the festival and documenting the overall experience through live social media coverage and post-event content creation. The project's success was measured through increased engagement and visibility on social media platforms and feedback from festival attendees.

As part of the project, I conducted research to understand the distinct needs of the target audiences and different organizations involved. I facilitated meetings with various organizations to develop the digital strategy, and created guidelines for social media while also supporting the graphic designer.

Additionally, I created a detailed social media content plan with a range of engaging posts and established a process for monitoring and responding to social media interactions during the festival.

To boost NEXT Festival's social media presence, strategic tactics included a tailored content plan featuring teaser videos, behind-the-scenes content, and live coverage of the festival's presentations. A process for monitoring and responding to social media interactions was also established, and retro planning ensured regular posting and timely delivery.

As a result of these tactics, NEXT Festival experienced a significant increase in online visibility and engagement, along with positive feedback from festival attendees.
